You agree to pay the initial one-time $80.00 application fee as well as uphold your yearly annual membership dues. You further agree to hold the Commercial Inspectors Association of America harmless in the event of a claim or processing arising out of performance of service for customers referred by the CIA referral service. You authorize CIA to investigate and confirm the information declared by you the applicant in this application.

Home and Commercial building inspection services Attention: Any unauthorized advertising or links placed on this web site/email or any other property of NBI/CIA will be assessed a fee that will be the responsibility of both the search engine and the company that is advertising or listed in the ad, whether the ad has been knowingly or unknowingly placed it shall be charged at 50% of the rate that has been paid to the entity placing the ad, or a minimum of $1000.
